I CALL IT MY SKECHERS WALK!

MICHAEL JACKSON was famous for his "moonwalk" when he first performed the dance in 1983 during the television special Motown 25. The dance became worldwide famous and the rest was HIStory.

I had tried to do the moonwalk in several attempts. I end up looking like I was trying to remove gum that's stuck from the bottom of my shoes!

Many many years on, I fell in love with what I call the "SKECHERS WALK". No dance skills required.

Just walk. And I mean...JUST WALK.

We learned walking when we were 10-18 months. From then on, we started to wear shoes. Shoes that are designed to protect our feet and making moving around easier and comfortably. But not only protection and  comfort were the only reasons when we look for shoes. The style, design and how we looked when we wear them became as important! Some have beautiful designs. Some are just made for comfort. But what if they came in all that we needed. Protection. Style and Comfort.

What if, when you wear them, you feel like you were walking on air! I will be definitely over the moon!

I am very choosy when it comes to what I have around my feet. The number one reason is because I love walking and I would try make it a routine to do my daily 10,000 steps. ( Yes, I  said " I would try).

The second reason is because of the benefit of walking itself. There's tons of benefits from walking as a form of exercise: it increases the cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduces excessive body fat, reduces the risk of developing heart disease. diabetes, osteoporosis, boosts your mood and reduces stress.

So back to my "SKECHERS WALK" I mentioned earlier.

I have been walking in the Skechers footwear for many years. I have bought myself so many walking shoes and my favourite ones were the "GOWalk" designs.
